Headquartered in Richmond Virginia, Landmark-Fleet is fully licensed to perform surveys in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Washington DC, West Virginia, and South Carolina. Landmark-Fleet is a thoroughly modern land surveying firm. Our staff is comprised of over twenty highly qualified and well-experienced surveyors, designers, CADD technicians, and support personnel. We utilize six to eight fully equipped field survey crews, who have access to the latest electronic data collection equipment.

Landmark-Fleet has roots that go as far back as 1921, when Mr. Charles H. Fleet established his engineering and surveying firm. Through the years we have accumulated an inventory of approximately 200,000 plats of surveys including the records of landmark-Fleet, Charles H Fleet & Assoc. P.C., Kenneth Barton, and Phillip Brooks surveyors.
